In terms of beeing used to pressure, Ding has a big advantage to Trump. This session was quite a blow to Trump, but nothing is decided yet.

As much as I like Judd, I think he would crack in the final against Higgins/Williams, so therefore I want Ding to win for the sake of the tournament. Judd's time will come in the coming years.

Is it fair to say Judd's run a bit out of steam in this session?

People said that about Jimmy White though m8 and it never happened for him. Could be now or never for Trump before that belief turns to doubt.

Good bet, Trump WILL NOT beat Higgins in a final, I'd be highly shocked if he did, he'll struggle to beat Ding now let alone Higgins in my view!

Agree totally, would be a great final between Ding and Higgins/Williams, that's why I want Ding to win, Judd doesn't yet know WHEN to turn down attacking shots to play safe, also his safety game isnt up there with Williams/Higgins or even Ding, if I'm honest I fancy Ding to win this match now!!

Some people say its better to be Ding in the final because Judd will crack. Question : Did Judd crack in the final of the China Open ? Some folks said the same thing at the moment, it was not the case. If someone likes Ding more than Judd, just say so, let us put silly explanations behind us.
I like Judd and i want him to win and go to the final...and we will see if the will crack against John or Mark. I think he wont.

We all like Judd, but for me, a bit more experience of big matches at the Crucible in particular is needed to win this championship now, Ding knows about shot selection, he's been round a lot longer than Judd, look how Ding played the last frame, Judd kept going for everything, he needs to develop a B game when his potting and/or position isnt working in combination, no good losing sessions 6-2, the greats like O'Sullivan, Hendry, Higgins, manage to get out of bad sessions 5-3 loss at worst, or 4 all, serious damage has been done to Judd's chances in my opinion now, he MUST get a good start tonight, Ding is desparate to win after finally getting by round 2, it's time for Ding to get to the big one, Judd has years ahead of him and will get more chances to reach finals and world finals for sure, he needs to learn a little more about shot selection, no one can keep having great sessions like he has had all the way through, his shot selection MUST improve I think! My point is he wasnt good AT ALL today, he was terrible, hardly anything worked for him, if it wasn't for his ridiculous run of the ball in his favour (how many flukes, then how many pots missed and very tough or no shots left) he would have lost the session 7-1 almost for certain!

                        .
                        Relax, it is just opinion.

I like Ding and Judd equally, but IN MY OPINION there is a vast difference between the World Championships and the China Open...and I don't believe Judd would cope in the final against the nous of Higgins/Williams, coupled with the occasion.

Dennis and hendry talking about john being a right hander and using his left hand to chalk and put the chalk in his left pocket.

What's so unusual about that then?..lol.

I've never noticed it either, because there is nothing unusual about it. I've always done it like that and I'd say it's about 50/50 between all the players which hand they chalk with.

Nor me, but i now realise i chalk my cue with my right hand and put it in my right pocket...lol...

                                (I'm a lefty)

Just noticed mark is a lefty and chalks his cue with his right and uses his right pocket too. dont see what's unusual about it.
