    It would be libel
And besides, the jury's still out on everything. As enlightened individuals, we don't have to accept the official stance given to us- I for one think he looked awfully comfortable in the situation, contrary to the 'threatening' atmosphere supposedly generated...

But I'm just playing devil's advocate, I don't particularly know. And besides, QH was an ******* and for the most part it appears John isn't.

        • Absolutely delighted that John Higgins has reached the final as a huge fan.

It should be an brilliant final to top a brilliant championships, making up for last years sub standard tournament.

          • None of us know all of the facts and evidence provided in the hearing so it's unfair for anyone here to say he's dishonest etc. He was charged for bringing the game into disrepute, not for bribery claims by a separate sports trial group so you just have to go by the decision based on the evidence they had, which is more than anyone here had. If you choose not to believe that's your problem but don't go around saying your thoughts like it's fact.

Good match this one will be, but not worth delaying my responsibilities for me.
Fair enough, although I think you might regret it later.

which makes it wrong of course, he thought he'd get in trouble like anyone, which is why he kept quiet, of course wrong, he got a rollocking about that for sure!! His manager should have advised him to do that, from what I know it seems like his manager wasnt much help to him and he soon got the boot after, didnt he get in trouble too?

I'm saying its not as simple as the meeting was arranged and he took money, it was a set up, it wasnt fair on john or his manager, who should have got him out of that situation, none of us really know how we'd have reacted in that situation, but to assume his guilt is wrong, unless u know otherwise!

Snooker will be boosted anyway, I'm glad he made it, I wouldnt have minded Ding in the final either, but Judd for his style is better for the viewers, im a massive snooker fan so I dont care who's in the final, ill still watch it! I hope it's close though and Judd shows up, the game's shop window, a great performance now from Judd will do his profile wonders!

No I don't but i can't remember Osullivan or Davis or ... being in that kind of situation. Anyway he played brilliantly today so I' m ok with him being in the final

                              • For once I´ll turn my back on one of my favorit players, so I´ll be cheering on Trump to win the title, that would really be a breath of fresh air in snooker, and it would no doubt give snooker a massive boost.
