Back to back centuries for Gunnell to take the last 2 frames and finish 3-6. The session ended just at the wrong time for him. But at just the right time for Steve.

Good to see Wenbo playing well again, would like to see him at the Crucible.

          G.

p.s. when did McManus last appear at the Crucible?
The session goes a lot quicker when they get in the balls and score well and that's what happened with Alan and Fergal today. It was a good session - see full frame scores over on global snooker.

Steve Davis is bang up for this match. Looking at his most determined, a thump of the table when he missed one shot, but Gunnell did end the session only 6-3 down with back to back tons.

Very tight match between Matthew and Marcus. Matthew's had a couple of tons, but he missed a simple yellow one frame to throw a frame over to Marcus.

Live scoring is 'working' as usual that is VERY BADLY.
At the moment, it's frozen. Of course.

Check on GSC site > http://www.global-snooker.com/Betfre...d-Schedule.asp

                          Nugget going well.

I think McManus has now lost 5 frames in a row to O'Brien.

                          C'mon Alan !

Just been checking up on Mark Davis' progress this season and it's great to see that he is finally guaranteed a place in the tope 32 after almost 20 years as a pro. Have long thought that he was deserving of better things since I first saw him demolish Ken Doherty at the Crucible in 1995.
