looks like Allen / Davis is going to be a good match up. Makes up for the fact that Murphy looks like he is going through on the other table

Just to clarify. It is Mark Davis playing isn't it?! I may not be 100% with it today but I'm sure it is Mark. Just looking at the red button page during the interval, why do they have a picture of Steve Davis?!

Allen makes a wonderful 146 to go 4-2 up WT says it's the first time a player has made a 146 in the Crucible :snooker: Shame it wasn't a maximum though

I will do for Higgins vs Davis, as that is probably one of the best matches of the round on paper.

If you mean by the number of titles shared between them, then maybe... otherwise it's is going to be probably the most one-sided, odds 1.06 are there for a reason.

Allen made a 146? Mark Davis at the table but I want 6-2!

Each to their own but if John doesn't find some form it could be like pulling teeth. Steve's a great ambassador for the game but I always find him difficult to watch. I think that's just me preferring more free flowing snooker. I like the look of O'Sullivan/Williams and Selby/Hendry plus this Allen/Davis match is turning out well.

Great stuff from Allen 146 is so rare...
Davis had a great start but made so many misses after that...hes a great character and the way he took the last frame was class, match must be interesting

Solid start from Martin He's not phased by Robbo

                          Come On Martin!!! :snooker:

And on the other table, Allen won the first two frames to go 7-3 up. Theoretically, he has a chance to win with a session to spare
