  • That was bad form from Davis. He MUST have known the red moved and if he had have called foul on himself Higgins would have been in the balls.

    COME ON JOHN

The balls moved less than a ... hair, how must he have known exactly?

        • He was moving, just delivering the shot, couldn't have felt it.

          • It moved significantly, i noticed the foul real time. In my experience of playing snooker if the cue touches another ball you can always feel it. There was an example of it earlier in the week when Fergal O'Brien called foul on himself and they must have replayed it about 5 times on TV and you still couldn't see the balls move. You can always feel it in my opinion.

There not going to make an issue of it on the BBC because there 100% bias towards Davis, it been the most one sided commentary i've ever heard. I knew Willie Thorne was bad but it leaves such a bitter taste when you hear him talking nonsense 99% of the time and then you see Clive Everton being marginalised year after year.

Don't mean to be rude, but rubbish. I'm watching eurosport and they all said the same. At that moment he's looking at the object ball there's no way he's feel a nick that small.

              • Just to add also, awful refereeing. Any ref worth his salt would have had an eye on the cue and the reds.

                • It wouldn't make any difference where you he was looking, he would have felt it. Ref should have seen it regardless.

                  • If John wins this match, I think it will look rather ominous for others left in the tournament.

                        • Forget robotic big breaks, this is the best kind of snooker there is! Wow! the tension on every shot is incredible.
