maybe someone will lock robertson in a room tomorrow? hopefully anyway
As it's not only robbo playing well, but first of all steve missing too much, losing position trice in every break... I'm not sure it would help to lock robertson.
Might still be Davis loses frames against an empty chair.
(I don't want to be to harsh to Steve, I like him. Just felt as if a sarcastic post had to be made...)
He only needs another 9 frames on the bounce!
Shame for him and for snooker how this match has gone ,I have watched every frame today and its is clear as day with his 128 break that he was cueing world class ,but robertson or robinson or whatever his name is , is a bit of a bogey player for Steve, has had all the running today, not just slight run of the ball but outragous good luck all day,
he is just that sort of player, a contolled calculated cueists nightmare, his luck must surely run out , but alas it wont be against the legend.
Without all his rubs of the green the score would have been a lot lot closer,
shame for Steve because if anyone deserved luck it should have been him
I am still not writing of Steve because tomorrow he will win !
Come on legend!!!

Come on bonnoman or whatever your name is, you've gotta give Robbo a little more credit than that, do you think his top 5 provisional ranking and his 4 ranking titles were also so heavily reliant on luck?
Seems to me you've been watching the match through Davis tinted glasses....
I want Robertson to win the match, but I must say that I´m glad that Steve Davis managed to keep the match alive for a third session. And what a messy last frame, even given the situation it was good to see , that both players could see the fun in it.
Robertson got desperate to finish him off yesterday and forgot the basics of playing one shot at a time.

bonaman is a bit of a plank
Davis reaching a semi playing that hopeless would do nothing for the credibility of the tournament or back up claims standards are higher.
Steve asked for the final session to be played in the afternoon because he ran out of magic potion yesterday
He has contacted his local druid in London who promised to have sufficient amount of Steve's magic potion delivered by express courier to "The Crucible Theatre" this morning
Come On Steve!!! :snooker:
