I did know all about the court case.......it was bizarre how it came tocourt so long after the hit was released

There is only a vague similarity between the melodies. Many other parts of other songs sound much more simillar to each other with no action been taken.

Also Men At Work were unlucky that the girl guides song wasnt written just a couple of years earlier; i believe music copyright 'expires' alltogether after 50 years, so they could have just lifted the whole thing with no consequences.

Neil did mention to a few fans last Thursday when he was there watching Allen v Mark Davis that he was considering changing the music from AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" to Men At Work's "Down Under", and so he did in the start of his match against Gould.

I'd have preferred "Let There Be Rock" by AC/DC though
