Well just performed but not written by Men at Work, plagiarized actually,
Here is a short extract from the recent court case;---- QUOTE
Men At Work stand to lose up to 80 per cent of the income gained from their 1983 hit 'Down Under', after a court ruled it had plagiarised a Girl Guides' song written in 1934.
Sydney's federal court ordered compensation to be paid to music publisher Larrikin Music, who own the rights to 'Kookaburra Sits In The Old Gum Tree', which was written by Marion Sinclair for a Girl Guides Jamboree. The 1934 song has been sung by Girl Guides for decades since then.
But don't blame Neil for it;

There is only a vague similarity between the melodies. Many other parts of other songs sound much more simillar to each other with no action been taken.
Also Men At Work were unlucky that the girl guides song wasnt written just a couple of years earlier; i believe music copyright 'expires' alltogether after 50 years, so they could have just lifted the whole thing with no consequences."You can shove your snooker up your jacksie 'cos I aint playing no more!" Neil did mention to a few fans last Thursday when he was there watching Allen v Mark Davis that he was considering changing the music from AC/DC's "Thunderstruck" to Men At Work's "Down Under", and so he did in the start of his match against Gould.
I'd have preferred "Let There Be Rock" by AC/DC though

He could have used his own version of Danny Boy
