Robbo's potting is so good he doesn't need to bother with positional play like the rest of the players. He laughs in the face of those who spend hours on the practice table perfecting their cue ball control! ~ Forman

Hi really hope and pray that either Robertson or Dott get through to the final. I think a Robertson win would improve the appeal of snooker around the world and certainly boost its popularity in Australia.
I think Dott's unbelievable run to the semi-finals and getting him back into the top 16 is one of the highlights of the tournament for me! I spoke to Dott at the qualifiers and he is such a fantastic and approachable guy. Good luck mate!!!Breaks 2010- 47, 40, 56, 53, 47, 45, 46
Highest break 69

Thought it was a good session of snooker myself. Carter was unlucky to come away with only two frames, didn't get the 'run of the ball' as they say.
Both players seemed tense but Robertson settled the quickest.
Like you say Carter didn't get the run of the green at all, every time Robertson missed or played a poor shot he managed to not leave anything on.
You could see Carter was getting seriously annoyed, plus he wasn't taking his chances when he got them, which made him even more annoyed.
Think he did well in the end to keep it to 6-2.
It's the first time i've been to the Crucible for the 1 table set up and I really enjoyed it, the place really is brilliant for watching snooker.

Having been to the Crucible last year for the one-table setup (third session between Higgins and Allen on the Friday evening) I have to echo the sentiments here.
Going down to one table, the place takes on a different aura, there's much more space to play and space to breathe, but at the same time it still feels like there's a crowd around you on all sides. It's nice not to sit right next to the opponent though!
