But I can't watch. I was a massive Jimmy fan growing up, he's the reason I play snooker but I can't watch the stuff he produces nowadays. To me, it's like watching a punch drunk fighter convincing himself he can still win the title and carrying on, and with every punch he gets more and more punch drunk...

It's why the others stop when they do, they're still good enough to win plenty but the losses would destroy them, players like Davis however just love the game and will probably play for as long as they can.
Not a good game to watch but he had to win the second session 6-1 after losing the first 0-4, a good comeback and puts him one game against Jamie Burnett away from the comp proper.Last edited by sberry; 22 November 2012, 05:30 PM.
