Anybody ever watch snooker/anything else there? What are the facilities like there?
I'm spending the day there on Saturday. I'm assuming that it has coke machines etc if I want to take a bottle of drink into the matches. But what is the eating there like? If after the afternoon session I want to have dinner, is the cafe a decent enough place to get a hotdog/chips type meal, or am I better finding somewhere else.
Also, the most important question of the day, do they have a licensed bar there? If so do they allow you to take booze in? I'm not sure if I'll do the latter, but I may well want a pint or two between the afternoon and evening session. Could that be done in venue, or is there a nearby pub thats recommended?
