There is usually not much controversy about the pockets in the Chinese events. It's mainly been the UK events that have had the more generous pockets in certain seasons. :wink:

Good match between Carter and Williams this morning. Williams looked in trouble at 4-2 down, but played some good snooker to turn it around. The way he potted the early balls in the penultimate frame was nice to see, certainly the kind of game that has made him a contender for titles in the past. But it's going to be even harder against Selby in the QF.

Yeah 136, 81, and 79 in the last 3 frames, good stuff from mjw, just hope he can find a bit of consistency now. He's great to watch when in that sort of form. :smile:
