I was at the Trump game today...... I watched him a couple of times when he returned to his seat and he looked pretty much not interested to be honest imo!!

I like Trump as a player and I think he's great for the game, I agree with everybody I think he needs to lose all the hype and this "naughty snooker' tag and get his head down practice and do all the talking he needs to do on the table!!

But every credit to Dott he did what he needed to do to win!!

A candidate for Prat of the Year, perhaps?

off topic but read "wheat belly" and you'll see the cavemen had it right dietwise!

Not only that, he could perhaps also invest some time catching up on his school-leaving exams.

I'd sure be happy too. Sets himself up as the yardstick against which the rest of the snooker world is supposed to measure itself, gets kicked out of the first round of the UK Championship and is then sent packing by Dott. What a guy.

It's more the hype around him I hate. Naughty snooker etc. I think he thinks he's better then he is as well which annoys me.

EDIT: What narl said^^^^^^^^^ (Only he said it a million times better. lol.)

Like we see in the likes of Dott, Murphy, Higgins. Of course much of that comes with age as well, so I can't judge Judd too much on that. But as far as the hating goes...even JV was highly critical of Judd today ...even to the point where I was thinking why is he all of a sudden so very negative about Judd? A bit surprising. Even in the studio with Hazel and the boys...they were very critical as well. Imo maybe a bit too much so. Anyway...Judd is still on a steep learning curve and very young. I need to remember myself of this every time. But he needs to work on improving his allround game and his focus on the match if he wants to become one of the all time greats, like he wants to be.
it must have been an awful feeling going to pot that blue after the fluke and knowing you're going to miss. a feeling i am VERY familiar with!

EDIT: Got it http://www.thesnookerforum.co.uk/boa...ld-no-1/page15 might put it in my sig actually. lol.

But so far, he's beggining to crumble and I hope it continues.

Like I said, if the hype dissapeared, I probably wouldn't mind him.

Very well done Graeme! Glad he had a chance with Judd out of sorts today. Hoping for a Dott Murphy final...
