this was the original post in question. firstly, the poster is wrong as ronnie regularly signs autographs (and even gives away his cue) to the fans. secondly, he does imply it's an obligation which is wrong again. thirdly, he is a jerk and an ignorant primadonna one at that. lastly, why not?

You just know it's going to a decider when Hawkins is involved, whether he gets in front or behind.
Must be frustrating to lose after he'd shown what he was capable of in the first three frames. Especially as Walden's comeback was mostly fragmented stuff with quite a few chances for Hawkins.
Nice quarter-final lineup... I'm looking forward to Robertson-Maguire the most, I think. Their match in the UK was alright, but they've had even better ones in the past. It's also the only match where both players currently hold a major title, although I'm not sure that bit of trivia is worth much. Selby-Higgins could be good as well...

In the beginning it looked like this was gonna be best match of the tournament so far, great stuff from Hawkins. But it was really disappointing to watch how he melt. Walden was clearly the stronger one in the end, especially in safety play, and deserved the win, but he was far from being impressive today.
Was hoping for Allen and Hawkins to win today. How annoying was it to watch the way they both lost the last two frames .

My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)
