Commentators moaning about Higgins's age should not forget Mark Davis who is playing better than he ever has. Can't be age alone ... there must be something wrong somehow

I don't think I've ever seen Bingham play this bad. What's going on. He was playing well earlier during the week in the Championship League.

I think Higgins is using another Maximus cue. He had another two made up and it looks very similar to the one I saw, one was plain ebony and another had 4 lower splicings of palm wood I think.

As for Bingham for someone who is endorsing sightright its not a very good advertisement because he is sighting the ball horribly tonight. Just shows that is another gimmick being shown up for what it is!

The Selby match was a cracking tournament opener! On tonight's match looks like Bingham's letting his masters record get on top of him...
