          • Scoreline and time taken suggests Ronnie blew Milkins off the table in trademark style, but far from it. Milkins was given plenty of chances. One of the most dreadful performances I've ever seen at the Masters.

            • Typical Ronnie leaves the arena without signing an autograph.

Fair play to Milkins for staying around.

Ronnie seems to forget it was the fans who made him a rich man.
              38 in a Tournament
              98 in a Lineup

Strictly speaking I think that was the sponsors.

You should see Murphy-Ding and Higgins-Bingham. At least Milkins had the debutante excuse.

the chinese are making him a very very rich man. why should he pander to home grown sink hole dwellers when he can make hundreds of thousands of dollars playing hot chicks in ultra short exhibition matches in china?

Those "home grown sink hole dwellers" helped Ronnie achieve a level of fame which allows to him to play hot chicks in ultra short exhibition matches. If he wasn't a famous, popular and marketable snooker star, they'd have never invited him over.

                      • So Ronnie crushed Milkins. No surprises there.
I've seen Milkins play a lot better then that but I guess he knows how devastating Ronnie can be after that last 6:0 defeat so the pressure was on.

Was there a post match interview with Milkins?

"helped" is past tense. in any case, there is no obligation for him to sign any autographs or do anything else for the fans. the brilliant snooker he plays is his most important contribution to the game and to snooker fans

Yes and no. It never hurts to sign a couple of autographs for fans.
My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
                            I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

now why didn't you just say that in the first place instead of using the post as another opportunity to insult the fans that have paid to see a professional playing the game they like.

by the way how much did you pay for the tickets to those 2-3 hour exibition matches?
                              Up the TSF! :snooker:

don't like people who think there is an obligation for sports personalities to go out of their way to accommodate their silly requests, just because those personalities got rich off of playing the sport. so what's next - people will mob warren buffett and expect him to sign job recommendations for them because they bought berkshire hathaway stock?
