He ran out of position everytime, he was forced to play safeties knowing that he could still be on a break had he been a little luckier.
Poomjaeng was out of position in the later stages, most of the time, they were both struggling with break building.
It's an important skill, to be able to shrug off bad luck like water off a ducks back and just take the chances you get. I think this is the difference between the players, really, Maguire is expecting better luck and getting wound up when he doesn't get it. Poomjaeng just rolls with the punches and delights in every chance he gets. The latter is far more productive.

When does evening play start, by the way? Thought it was 19:00?"Kryten, isn't it round about this time of year that your head goes back to the lab for retuning?"

Anyway, most people around there get mad at Maguire when he gets angry. Relax people. Do you want all players to be like Anthony Hamilton? Mag's not a robot, he gets pissed off at times and that is an interesting facet of his personality. The way he tries to draw something positive out of it, that's always good to watch.
In the last frame, aguire needed snookers so if he wants to concede after missing his last shot, he has the right to do so. No one can say anything about that...
