They should let Hazel Irvine do all of them. She doesn't over do it.

Yep, there lies the problem with Ding, too inconsistent in world championship length matches, I will be honest and say I backed Hawkins e/w @ 80/1 pre tournament but that aside I would still fancy Barry to beat Ding should he get through.

      • What a scrap this has turned into, approaching two hours of play and they are only starting the 4th frame. King has done what he needed to really, Ding is playing without any rhythm. King is as well, but it's still won him two frames. Big frame coming up now...

That she doesn't, but yeah the bob milkins intro yesterday morning was shocking, what a thing to say Walker

          • 2-2 this session. Not bad Ding. Unless Mark King suddenly clicks, Ding should be able to scrap it through with his inconsistent playing.

            • Careless frame by King, he just isn't cottoning on to the fact that if you make difficult for Ding to get amongst the balls with strong safety then you have a really good chance of winning the frame.

              • Nice century. He won't be far behind Trump after this match... If he goes all the way, he could just take the record.

You do realise that he will have permission to say those things right?

Yeah from Barry Hearn & World Snooker, the players reactions at times have suggested that permissions have not been from them, I don't think a lot of them mind anyway but I just felt there was a better thing he could have said about milkins then that

You're probably just imagining these reactions from the players. He will have permission from them.

They are not annoyed reactions, just like an embarrassed grimace or raised eyebrow at one of walker's cheesy walk on comments, I am not suggesting they are annoyed by him

Made a quip about him getting his life on track, I am sure Milkins didn't mind just felt he could have easily said something about his snooker career instead

While I do feel that Rob Walker's intros are cheesy, I think this is getting a bit overblown the more times this is mentioned.

There was an interview where he mentioned that on the show though so a lot of people would already have known I suppose. Hard to say what he thought of it.
