Yeah looks like we could be in for a nervy finish to this match, excellent!

      • That sort of combination Lisowski has played is the reason he's not yet ready to win anything IMHO. Needs to work on that!

        • 58 minutes first frame of the session...it wasn't too exciting, but still pretty enjoyable

          • Looks like Murphy's class is starting to shine through. He's playing very sweetly indeed at the moment.

              • He really is into his rhythm now...a joy to watch as always. So much for a close-fought match...might run away with it atm.

Yes. He's got a lovely cue action.

'Sports fans expressed anger on social networks'

Barry Hearn : 'Sorry to all snooker fans for the poor BBC coverage last night. Letter of complaint sent to BBC today.'

It's about time...good on Hearn to take action against the bbc for their poor coverage. (of course the complaint has ROS in the center, hearn hoping this will add some extra exposure to the complaint)

Good. Shameful coverage from the BBC. They clearly don't give a toss about snooker.

Yes good stuff from Shaun. 10-5 coming up... finish it off with a 147 ???!!!

Edit : ah...too bad. But a good win it was regardless. Great to see my favorite for the trophy go through to the next round. Well done Shaun.

                              • Good performance from Shaun. Shame no 147
Also good performance from Hawkins in both sessions. Lisowski didn't really get going.
                                Onto tomorrow
