  • Come on Murphy....raise your game. Don't lose the session 6-2, like I'm expecting.

Ridiculously bold prediction there. Wish I could be so optimistic as a Trump fan.

Actually no I wouldn't because I'd just end up disappointed. He'll feel a lot better now only being 3 frames down.

Ronnie signed the same player's contract as everyone else.

I have no idea what next season's will be but this season's didn't have any clause meaning you had to play any events, hence Ronnie could stay at home. Anyone else could have done the same but only he was WC and therefore guaranteed his place in this season's WC draw.

            Cheers mate, I'll live.

Judd's starting to find his mojo again, that's cheered me up. Looking like a good match now.

Fair enough, thanks. Think they should all commit to a certain amount of tournaments though.

That may well appear in this year's contract, who knows.

Said from the start that it was him or Robertson. The only player I could see stopping him in his half was Higgins. Trump is naturally a bad matchup for ROS so I favor the former all day long. Ding is the only person in the bottom half that can stop him and he's in major trouble, so I don't see it as being a big statement to make tbh.

Sure does...Trump firing on all cc's again. Shaun looks like losing this session 6-2. Could be a killer last session tomorrow...

The players next season will be in a position to pick and choose events and I am sure that the big players will do just that, which means two things. Firstly, there are bound to be new faces appearing on our screens more regularly in events like the Wuxi Classic and the Australian Open but secondly that it does mean some tournaments will be somewhat devalued, even for the winners. Winning an event in bongo-bongo land in front of one man and his dead cat with none of the top 16 competing won’t exactly launch a career however much the boys at Eurosport dress it up and for me this does risk snooker becoming spread too thinly and the calendar being 60% dirge and 40% proper tournaments.

I see your point now lol. Didn't expect him to come back so strongly against Shaun.
