Ronnie can be and is amazing, but he can also be beaten.
As Bingham said in his post-match interview, he got first chance in a lot of frames and it was only because he messed up that Ronnie got in.. of course once Ronnie was in he cleaned up which is why he is so dangerous.
For Judd to win, he is going to need to do as Steven keeps saying, take some frames in one visit and try and keep Ronnie off the table. Judd's safety is definitely up there, maybe not quite as good so I would favour Ronnie to win more of the safety battles, not all however because Ronnie isn't perfect and can make mistakes and Judd can pull a very good safety out on occasion.
As Ronnie just showed as I was typing this, he does miss.. infrequently. Judd has to punish those and take those frames as they will hurt Ronnie the most.
I think Judd has every chance of winning if he can perform his best or if Ronnie fails to perform to his (over the course of the entire match). Judd's comments reflect that reality and weren't arrogant at all IMO. As history has shown, there are players who can and do beat Ronnie, and some with a good record against him."Do unto others 20% better than you would expect them to do unto you, to correct for subjective error"

Poor quality continues. With two half centuries only, Trump has managed to win 7 frames so far.
And Ronnie threw it away on the final green. All the way Mark J!!

Not sure what to make of this really. I never expected Trump to be so impotent in the scoring chances, breaking down on 30 every frame. He played that bad session against Murphy in the morning, before turning it around in the evening, and I'm sure he will be looking for something similar here. He was lucky to hang on as well as he did, so it's still in his hands to just raise his game.
But... will Ronnie O'Sullivan be so forgiving next time? He punished Bingham in almost every frame. He has only punished Trump in a couple.

Ronnie completely bottled that frame. Trump scares him and you can see it. I'd say Trump is the only player to do so. Selby frustrates, Higgins can simply 'handle' Ronnie at his best unlike everyone else, and Trump scares as I said.
10-6 would have been huge. As it is, 9-7, I still fancy Trump by a long way.
On the topic of Trump's apparent 'arrogance', there's nothing wrong with him. I like a bit of arrogance anyway. I don't really like Trump simply because I'm a ROS fan and Trump is in his way, but aside from that he's your typical 23 year old. Sure he's confident, but who wouldn't be? The guy is 23, the 2nd most popular player in the world now that White is all but finished, travels all around the world and is probably a millionaire already.
