Barry is now favourite to win it with the bookies and think that is spot on,
I just checked the odds too - ROS paying $1.10 - Hawkins $9 - Trump $11 and Walden $11.
I put a fiver on Hawkins at 80/1 . . . c'mon Barry.
I also put a tenner on ROS at 6/1 so looking good at this stage.
: )
My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins. I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

Yeah I have £2.50 e/w on Hawkins so should he get to the final then I will have a nice little win, one which I didn't think was likely at the mid-session interval today. Backed ROS last year pretty much by accident, went into Betfred to check the odds the Friday before the tournament start and they had boosted ROS to 10/1 and just thought what the hell so went £10 e/w on him.
Final session then, and it's looking like another ROS win. Judd's done pretty well keeping as close as he has so far, considering the way he's played, or maybe I should say hasn't played. Funnily enough Judd's safety has been the strongest side of his game in this match, not as expected for me, while his long potting and particularly his break-building (due mainly to some woeful position play) have been very disappointing, just 4 breaks over 50 in 24 frames, compared to Ronnie's 10, which isn't brilliant and that's what's been really frustrating, the fact that Osullivan hasn't been at his best either (I'd expected a couple of tons from him by now) there have been LOADS of good chances spurned by Judd, he must be kicking himself black'n'blue for all the missed opportunities.
But of course there's always the chance that he'll loosen up a bit and knock in a few quick frames this afternoon which would put a little pressure back on Ronnie, you never know what might happen then.
I hope it goes close either way, it's been a fascinating match and deserves a decent climax.
C'mon Judd give us something to remember.

The fast and the furious,
The slow and labourious,
All of us, glorious parts of the whole!
Pulling his cue up and down from the floor, not exactly sure if that constitutes an obscene gesture, some people rub their hands up and down the cue which imo is far more of a gesture if they want to make it out to be.
