Is it not all live via the BBC red button.??..

Edit add.. Just re read the above, so there not covering all matches. A couple of year back you had the red button then the blue to choose which match you wanted to watch..

I'm not in the UK, so no red button unfortunately.

I notice the BBC coverage gets better into the week, but as you say, main-stream terrestrial coverage is what is required for the sport, and the BBC should be the vanguard of this trend, not letting others over-take them.
        cheers
Eurosport over the past year have still given priority to other sports, like cycling and certainly bloody tennis. There is so much lack of respect towards snooker. They will even leave a snooker match at a key stage ( even the last 2 balls to decide a match ) to zip across to say cycling or a Motorsport, that is damn right out of order and very unfair, they just say "sorry we have to leave the snooker now". It's disgraceful...

The BBC no longer have the capacity to show more than one table and can't even show that if another sport/event is using the stream. As I said earlier in the thread, there used to be five interactive streams available but now there's only one

I did not say that they had given it top priority, just that they do seem to have stopped switching to another sport before the end of a match/frame as much as they used to, get better not there just yet
              cheers

Perfect example now, I wanted to watch Martin v Graeme, but Eurosport just have the one match which is the Selby v White affair. I thought that it might be available on the red button but they have strictly come dancing taking priority..Terrible for those without sky/virgin. Snooker pay per view now..

                  BBC coverage

Does everyone realise on the BBC website you can stream both matches?

Not ideal I know, but they are both available on there.

I prefer to watch snooker on my TV, even though I do have a 24" computer screen, it just is not the same.

So guess what, I am back watching the matchs on British Eurosport.

I will be doing the BBC survey definitely, as has been said, diabolical so far and so disappointing

If I remember correctly; in the Clive Everton interview, posted on TSF recently, he did say that TV companies and he did name Eurosport are very happy with the viewing figures for the snooker tournaments.

                    come on BBC
E-mail the e-mail address I send you. I got a form reply listing BBC Red Button's programming for the next week, but then they sent me the questionnaire as well. The more people who voice their dissatisfaction, the better. This is supposed to be the second biggest tournament of the year for words-I-shouldnt-say's sake.

                        Thanks, buddy.

I took a look earlier and did not spot the other link/player for the other table.. That's cool, watching Gould and Dott now..

Yes the coverage today was crap, come on bbc you take the snooker off to put the same old crap they have on during weekdays ie flog it and some other thing like that bargain hunt or something.

First snooker get pushed of main telly to red button, now they want to bin that too.
Looks like eurosport then, I have a crap internet so cant view it online.
Hope thee bbc do better during the week, as the red button has been good in the past.

My internet connection not super-reliable, so not sure if I trust it to stay running for an entire match. And call me old fashioned, but I prefer to watch stuff on my television, rather than on the internet.

Either way though, it's a poor show from the BBC. Considering we pay license fees, I think we have every right to be upset when a service as excellent than that disappears just so they can save a few quid.
