After the last frame Mark started repeatedly banging his cue, tip first, on the wall, the ref said " Mark, Mark, Mark, MARK! There's another match on over there!" "Oh sorry" says Mark. Bet they were chuffed on the other table.

never seen alex play snooks before so i was looking forwards to this today. i really liked the way he bounded around the table, reminded me of another alex. but i thought he was going to look more polished like a proper snooker player. i only saw one frame because i kinda knew he'd not much to bring to the table, i just knew he was gonna break down or loose the white..
if he didn't know before he does now, there no winging it with these lads so, he's got a lot of work to do in a good, positive training camp.
i hope he gets his head down because he's fresh air

Alex missed a lot of shots his safety was not that good he needs to improve in his safety because he is playing the
big boys now.

He could have won the first frame but missed the Black Ball on the Spot. Alex will improve in the long run its a great experiance for him and he will learn a lot from this tournament

Wuxi Classic-Balls

just watching the ref putting the balls away at the interval for the table cleaners, it seems that they are TC but not pro 1G ??

Spoke to a World Snooker official, the balls are 1G, however, there is a problem with the supply of the tin cases at the moment
