Anyone interested in knowing what is available in out-of-print billiard/snooker books should try and get hold of a bibliography called "Das Billiardspiel" by Dieter Haase (Kassel University Press, 2001 ISBN 3-933146-70-4) This lists every billiard book known to have been published, from all countries, between 1700 and 1979. It is, without doubt, the most comprehensive list published to date, and although it helps if you can read Dutch, I can still follow it easily enough even though I am limited to English.

eBay is a good place to find these books, even the old ones appear with surprising regularlity. But if you can't wait, there are also a number of online book-sellers like http://www.abebooks.com/ although the prices are usually a bit high for me.

Don't want to be rude in any way, just accurate: that book is in German, not Dutch.

This is a good site if you're interested in nineteenth century billiard books. Much of the credit for its contents can go to 100-uper.
