Does anyone know the details of the qualifying rounds for the World Snooker Championships between 1980 and 1986? Surprisingly the details for the earlier tournaments in the modern era are available on both Wikipedia and http://www.global-snooker.com but they are not for the period I have identified.

Can anyone help - does anyone have the details of all the qualifying rounds?

Can anyone answer another question related to the 80's World Championship qualifiers. I have preview of the 1981 World Championship on a DVD-R and it includes footage of Jimmy White's qualifying match against Jim Meadowcroft. Does anyone know how much of the qualifers were recorded and if they were televised at all?
