Does it still exist? Been googling the address 19 soho square london and it comes up with this (approximate address)

I'm assuming the building has been heavily renovated as its nothing like the old one.

As you will have seen from the Norman Clare website, the property was acquired by Hurst Park Syndicate in 1967. This organisation was originally established in 1889 as racecourse owners, but by this time had become general property developers. Included amongst its principal's was Terry Downes (ex-middleweight boxing champion).

I'm unsure of what Hurst Park did with the Soho Square property after the take-over, but I assume it was redeveloped from a billiards match-room, showrooms, etc., into something more commercial, and sold on. They will likely have filed planning applications for any work, especially change of use, so I would suggest this is your best point of reference.

Did you get any further with this? As an owner of a Burroughes & Watts table owner I am interested in any history of the company.
