    I reckon this is a decent clearance, tell me why I'm going wrong? A part from that this is a nice piece of history before WWII.

      They say pockets are more generous nowadays, this one went in! It was hit at a fair lick as well.

          So would Horace if he were playing on today's tables with today's balls. Those balls look so heavy. Imagine going in to a tightly grouped pack of reds - you'd have to absolutely pummel it to get any split at all!

          Regards the green - he definitely had right hand side on that ball. You can tell the angle it came off the cushion. A plain ball stroke would have left the white virtually touching the brown.

          Can Ronnie pot balls using an egg? :biggrin-new:
