One of the cushions on my recently built table is slightly 'dead' when a ball bounces of it. on inspection it feels a bit loose compared to the others.
It's an old table that I bought second hand. The manufacturer doesn't exist any more I don't believe (can't remember teh name at the moment but a Leeds company).
If you can't tighten the cushion yourself I think the best course of action would be to contact a table fitter, phone your nearest snooker club and find out who they use.

had the same problem on a table i bought a few years back, was lucky enough to know the guy from the local snooker club, he sorted some guy to have a look at it for me, took about 10min to fix and cost about £20, happy days, hope your problem is as easily fixable as mine. usually find that fellow snooker players are more than ready to help a friend in need.
