Player pot the green but goes in-off. At the end of the stroke, the player catches the pink with his cue. Is that 6 penalty points............................or 4?
Higher of the penalties that occur in the stroke - so this one is 6 penalty points.
Sec 2.10(g) If more than one foul is committed in the same stroke, the highest value penalty shall be incurred.
Now...
the Green is spotted
Cue ball is in-hand.
non-offending player has the usual two options, (1) play themselves or (2) put offending-player into play.
……and a smack on the bum for being so clumsy. Only joking. I played yesterday. In four frames I had the long tackle out 6 times and gave away about 20 points. Been trying to play with a frozen shoulder. Nightmare. Ok for normal shots but rest shots are very painful. Apologies. Off topic but Bluenose has his answer.
