Loctite Super Glue. Gives you like 15-20 seconds approx before it sets. Not suitable for warmer weather conditions like India though. Will go dry. Suitable for UK's climate.
I found a hack that helps the glue from drying after some of it is used. I put a thin layer of plastic cover between the cap and the tube and screw them so they are air tight. Has worked for me so far, the glue has not dried since 2 weeks after I first used it.
