End of season world rankings for 07/08 and 08/09 seasons

For some reason, snooker scene never published the full ranking lists - they had the provisional one for prior to the world champs and they had lists for post-relegation, but not the final lists. Would anyone have a link for both please? Thank you

I think they're on Cuetracker. Was trying to work out who stayed on tour (top 8 points earners?) and who got relegated.
