Ive been playing snooker quite good in the past few weeks and was surprised to see how good i am getting everyday playing with focus and determination. So i thought about getting a little muscle on me thinking it would make a huge impact on my game just because im lifting weight and bla bla
turns out, this is my 3rd week
my whole stance, ball selection, placing cueing literally everything motion has ended. Im struggling to pot and aim and cue at the same time.
Any tips for how can i get back to my old game?
please dont say stop working out cause its the only things i like after snooker.
