  • Setting the balls up

I know that the pro's use a different type of triangle to the one that we use but, I am wondering how the referee guarantees that the back row of reds is absolutely parallel to the black cushion. I presume that it must/should be parallel.

I guess they start with the triangle parallel and touching the top cushion in a straight line with pink spot and move it towards the pink spot. I would like to hear what others have to say.

Played in comps where you have to use those square triangles, they are a bloody nuisance. Ok wheeling them up und down in a straight line but they don't go sideways so it's a pain trying to adjust them if you're a bit out.
I've just realised, I'm very easily annoyed lol.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

Doesn't something in the frame line up with the black spot to ensure the balls are central when the frame is touching the top cushion and then the rollers keep it so ?
Speak up, you've got to speak up against the madness, you've got speak your mind if you dare
but don't try to get yourself elected, for if you do you'll have to cut your hair
