Someone may know. Lowest total clearance known in a professional tournament?

Adam Wicheard did a TC with a 113 [2004 English Open Qualifying 2nd round]
Televised? Ken Doherty's 115 in the 2003 World Final
possibly televised - Steve Davis 115 Thames Television Classic 1991
