In the International Championship thread this was also asked and if I recall correctly the make is "GO" cues.

It's a full carbon fiber cue made by Go Customs, company is based in the Netherlands and owner is Croatian guy Goran Kobas (hence the name Go). Snooker is a sport with really conservative and tradional type of fans so it's a strange thing to most people but carbon cues and gloves are used for many years in American and English pool, it's simply because technology went forward and you can achieve much more with modern materials and knowledge. I don't follow golf but, if I understood correctly, they are also using carbon fiber clubs for years now.
