Can anyone verify this claim

Apologies to mods if this is in the wrong department. I saw a post on t’interweb today by someone who has been known to make some dubious claims at time. He said that in 2007, Ray Reardon was driving a Shelby Mustang. I doubt this, and all internet images show Ray driving bog standard cars albeit that he had the private reg PRO 1. Can anyone verify he owned/drove a Mustang?
