Started playing snooker again with a good friend of mine so I thought I’d pick up a cue. I’ve ordered a 3/4 one, just based on the ratings/number of reviews ratio. Anyway, I’m now looking for a case and quite fancy one of those hard cylindrical types (I think they’re pool cue cases, technically speaking) but a lot of them state ‘Not for 3/4’.
Does this simply mean there’s no room for the 6” butt extension, or is because the position of the joint means the shaft will be too long for these cases?
If the latter, do these tube type cases exist for 3/4 cues?
