Hong Kong Fuey was strange, the lead was supposed to be a dog , who interacted with humans ,and the show generally had the dog flirting and making suggestive innuendo to human female's . So it was not a cartoon it was a precurser to beastiality on tv . which is still the only taboo that has not appeared on screen . Wow, you remember that? I can only remember the title song and the fact that Hong Kong Fuey was really incompetent and it was his sidekick (who was it again?) who really got the baddies.
