No I ain't Roy....and with the best will in the world when have you ever broke off in a game and then watched as the balls all lined up for you in the middle of the table. It don't happen like that so you can't call it a break because its just practice and when your on your own their is no pressure on shot selection etc. A break is what you get against someone because snooker is a game for two players to play not just 1. So my highest break is 58 this week and sadly nowhere near a ton and your highest break would be whatever you got against someone.

I only remember arguing this point with you??? I havent seen you on here in ages!! And solo or match pot the balls and count your HB. Shaun agrees as does Del Hill and countless others too but it is just a personal opinion I guess.

A line up break is not a real break IMO. My highest break is 93 but if we count line up I have very regular centuries and total clearances which if were real breaks, I surely would not be far off pro.

Yes my best ever on the line up is 138. My best this week was 132 and I always try my best to make a ton every time I do it just to loosen up).

I don't count line up or practice as a break like you do though (ain't we had this talk before)

yes. Your line-up high run is NOT your high run, it's what you've in run in a frame, against someone. so anyone claiming high breaks on here from line ups . . . knock it off.

24 here, 3 reds and 3 blacks. it was a practice "match", playing "against" myself

55 last night with no black in it, and a 59 on sunday.

hitting a 50+ around 75/80% of the time i play now, i'm at a better level now than i've been for a long time if ever. problem is mentally i'm not at that higher level, silly as it sounds, and i'm tense at the table as a result.

any thoughts??
