I use to go in a few of them back in the day. Don't half miss it now I've moved up to Telford.

Afraid my mum got a little excited It was against Alex Davies not Paul Davidson She's such an idiot. Should have potted it but white not perfect. This pro am is held last saturday of every month, now ran by Mike Blowers. Don't think gary smith is involved in snooker anymore, he used to run the essex and herts snooker comps very good events

an 82 today, missed the 13th red using cue extension and long rest down the side cush, just caught the near jaw, was using running side to get good position on black. Could have stunned it in hard on a table with big pockets, but my club table pockets are tight so I tend to use running side to take the white off the cushion without having to hit it too hard. Position was spot on with last two reds in the open. Maybe one day.

ok so i know themayorofflair will be checking this haha..
played an all day sesh yesterday. started off AWFUL. like literally could not string more than 4 balls together... took me about 3 hours to make a 20+ break lol.
ended up catching some form towards the end of the day (i think it was because the room was slightly warmer and i wasnt shivering with goosebumps as much haha) but finished with another 50+ break of 58, a 47 and a 42? and a few 30+ breaks.
oh, thought id also mention on behalf of TMOF himself - he happened to have a small break of 132, and 102.
still not as good as mewhat a frustrating, yet addictive game this is....
