    • 40, 38 in my league match tonight (one frame). Poor guy played 2 safety shot and missed the only shot he took on!

92-0 in 12 minutes. Took him longer to drink his losers pint!!!

      • Another couple of very pleasing 22 clearances at the end of frames, both set up with fantastic long brown pots.

Very, very pleasing as once again the positional play was 1st class, tells me my game is moving forwards, need to get in amongst the balls during a frame now and see what I can do there, a decent break is not far off I tell thee!
        One day I'll make a century, I've knocked in a 51!

          • Why should you two worry (drac and dwot)? I cannot even pot them when they are hanging over the pockets, at the moment and I did start to pot a little better, for me, since came back to playing.

            • Acrowot, if you have just started back mate it will take time and remember NOTHING is easy in snooker and the ones over the pockets are there to remind us of this..

              • 69 this aft. missed straightforward pink attempting to split 3 reds behind it...reds split perfect, pink didn't drop...damn... never mind was a lovely, well crafted break

                • 58 tonight and missed black off spot (left it in jaws), though had to play it from near the cushion (angle I had on red meant that was about the only place I could get on it really) but will take that.

Went to Sheffield today to see the World qualifiers and in the same frame two pros missed shots just as easy as my brown in the semi last week both on frame ball within a couple of minutes of each other so its nice to know it doesn't only happen to us lol.

You're starting to knock in some decent half century breaks on a regular basis chap, can see you beating your best ever soon if you keep this up!

                    and FFS LET IT GO!

                    • I saw a young lad make a 143 in my club this afternoon. Closest I'll get to a high break!! Won't publish his name but he's well known in my club. He played in the World U21 at Letterkenny recently. Really good player.

                      • Managed to knock in a 132 & a 102 in an aftenoon session against Luke Hooper (posted earlier in this thread) last Sunday. Luckily I had my iphone set up to record the first break altough the battery ran out & I missed the second.
Hope that you enjoy the footage..............

Technique still needs some work but my hand to eye co-ordination gets me out of jail !

Class. I think Luke enjoyed that last red for the hundred a bit too!
Oh, and that's a bad miss.

                            • Nice break, but did you all notice that The Mayor of Flair does not have a rear pause. Not many of us do have one in reality. Is it really needed?
