Had a really sweet 40 tonight, 5 reds, 5 blacks, but just never got correct position to go into the pack. Did it off the last black but typically there was nothing to go at Comp. tomorrow so hopefully found a bit of form just at the right time

I have been strictly instructed by DWOT to post my break of 59 here, lost count towards the end and would have been nice to break the 60 barrier so maybe should have took brown instead of green to get on yellow, especially as I just overran position and ended up cueing over the blue with the rest which ultimately scuppered any further progress!
The following frame suffered a bit of a reaction though and seemed to pot a record number of single reds lol.

Do you practice alot Acro, as I went for quite a few years just playing mainly match snooker with no practice in-between so obviously wasn't scoring anywhere near as well as I used to when I was young and playing regularly.
In fact I think I got to the stage sometimes where I deliberately didn't play position in matches in case I missed the pot!!
But for last three or four years have been playing more regularly again since ditching the 8-6 office type of job (now work for myself so am more flexible to practice) and the breaks have started coming back again, less so in proper match play though it seems.
