The answer is obvious here. Snooker shots require physical movements. With men being physically superior, they can execute shots better.
I have no idea if the argument about men being more intelligent is true, but even if it wasn't... Even if there was a female player with the perfect shot selection and a perfect understanding of angles and the physics in snooker, there is no way she could execute shots as well as a top male player could.
If there is a sport where physical movements are important, but there are still some top female players... that just means there's not enough people playing it to filter the women out.
