Michael White returns to the tour does he?

i would expect him to give it a better go than his last effort if the hype is to be believed.

the oceania champs have been played but not sure whos taking the tour spot as its often more of a matter of who wants to move to england rather than who won, it will probably be Daniel Thorp or if not him then Vinnie calabrese

Luca Brecel also won the European Under 19s, but is too young to take the Main Tour spot. I haven't heard any news on whether the place will go to the runner-up or another wildcard.

whats the reason behind setting an age limit for the tour? if the kids good enough why not give him a chance on the tour?

Probably so that he can finish his education. He will probably be given a wildcard when he is 16 but a few years on the PIOS in the mean time will no doubt sharpen his game up.
