  • Snooker Songs

Does anyone remember a song from about 22 years ago. It was sung by Tony Knowles, Jimmy White, Kirk Stevens and Alex Higgins. I think it was on in one of the intervals of one of the matches. The song was the Wanderer and they were all holding their cues like guitars. It was all a bit of fun really but it is worth seeing again but nobody seems to remember it. I know that the late David Vine presented it.

Remember it well - very entertaining effort by the guys, as you would expect from these 4 - can't vouch for the voices though I have the single lying about somewhere
'I think the the 1972 World Championship was the coming of the saviour - myself'!! Alex Higgins 1972
