problems with my cue action (need help)

hi alll
today i met up with someone from the forum to have a look at his second hand trevor white cue
and he told me that im jabbing the ball
so what can i do to change??
im a leftie so can u tell me which hand does what sorts of motion
or anything that can help me do a follow shot??
