Another club I visit is a conservative club and that costs £1 for 40 minutes. Which works out to £1.50 per hour. I think conservative club prices are great as I have been to clubs a lot more expensive that that and the tables are a million times worse!

The Club that I normally play every Saturday is run by 'Chuchart' (Tai Pichit), an ex-national team player, and at present a national coach. Will charge about US$3 per hour, and US$4.50 per hour for private room, with marky (a girl who helps put back the balls, scoring, etc. but not referree). Table and Cloth and Cushion are tournament grade. Cloth changes every 6 months, or sooner, depending on the condition. No chalks allowed on the table during play. Table Cloth will be cleaned and ironed at the end of each day. This is where plenty of good players, including those entering the national team player, come for routine practice/games. The Club is meant for more serious players/enthusiasts. Chuchart also offers a private snooker classes (day one to tactical games). I always see a number of foreign players, businessmen, seniors, coming to his classes. A few even flew in for his snooker workshop too
