It's about £5 per hour, but there are 2 or 3 tables which have recently been reclothed which are more expensive to play on - I think they are £8 per hour. The club also has a £10 membership fee, and a £2 enterence fee for guests.

I'm actually a member in two clubs, my main club, which is of the private sort charges 2.4€ (~2£) per hour and has a yearly membership fee of 50€ (~43£). Oh yes, and if you're playing by yourself, it's free.

The other club I'm a member is actually an open billiard hall thingy, which charges 7.9€ (~6.8£) an hour for pool and 8,6€ (~7.4£) an hour (if I remember right) for snooker. They have a student discount, which I don't remember how much that is and if you're a member (yearly fee of 40€ (~34.5£) you can play for a bit less than with the plain student discount. If you're playing alone it's half price. I don't remember how much they are exactly to be honest, I actually don't question it that much, I just pay what I'm asked...

But to point out, the latter prices may seem pretty outrageous to you out there, but for a Finnish open billiards hall the prices are actually pretty much among the cheapest. And the first club I mentioned feels actually nearly free haha. And it's from what I've heard amongst the cheapest private clubs too.

In singapore for the snooker saloon that i usually play, saloon charges 3£(11am-5pm) & 3.5£ (5pm-12am).
I m quite luckly that the management give me special rate meant for student when i practise there.

In general, the price ranges btw 4£-5£/hr around the country.

But there is a civil service club which charges 1.5£/hr(12pm-5pm) & 2.5£(5pm-10pm). Membership is required for the discounted rates.

Just like malaysia, singapore's cue sport is going died.

all the commercial clubs in the netherlands are ****ing rip offs, its common they charge you around 10 euro's a hour... ****ing expensive. And most of the times the table are in bad condition, cloths slow as hell. There are some non commercial snooker club that require membership, like say 50 euros a month for unlimited play time.

Club has just bought a 12ft Riley Renaissance table and is charging 13€ per hour. It's madness. You just can't spend a whole afternoon playing snooker without making serious damage to your wallet.

£30 per year membership and only £1 per hour. Not bad at all. I was paying £4.50 ish per hour before the demise of my local Rileys.

The snooker hall 2 miles away charge £2.60 an hour before 5pm and £3.60 there after. In town, they charge between £4-5. Social clubs in the area charge between 10p for 15min and 20p for 21. Not guaranteed a game there though so prefer the snooker halls.

I am a member of the rileys snooker club chain and always have been, their rates used to be quite generous, but now they are charging 6 pounds per hour as opposed to 4.80. And they used to have an offer where u could play all night for just 10 pounds, now their offer is 3 hours for 12 pounds, not nearly long enough for a good session.

€6.80 an hour, so about £6. It's ridicilous.

                                It's €9 for non members.
