1997-98 season rankings: HELP!

Don't know if anyone can help me with this, but I would like to find out the following for the 1997-98 season:

• Provisional top-16, i.e. the 1-year list at the start of the season (summer 1997)
• Provisional top-16 midseason, i.e. the 1½-year list after the UK (Christmas 1997)

I would like this to include EVERYONE who was top-16 in any of these lists OR on the official list or the following season.
